By using SILOIQ, you agree to these terms. SILOIQ is a secure AI platform for document intelligence and data triage. Services are provided on a subscription basis and may be modified with notice. Prices are shown in the listed currency and may change with notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Privacy Policy
SILOIQ collects only the information needed to provide your subscription — name, contact details, billing information, and your uploaded documents (which remain encrypted and segregated per tenant). We never sell your data. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. Your documents are encrypted at rest and in transit.
Refund Policy
Not satisfied? Contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll issue a full refund for that billing period. Cancel any time from your account and you won't be billed again. Data deletion requests are honored within 30 days of account termination.
Shipping Policy
SILOIQ is a cloud-based software service. There are no physical goods shipped. All services are delivered digitally via secure web access. Hard-drive ingestion services are coordinated via secure courier with chain-of-custody logging.
